Item retrieval and pick up: All items must be retrieved and payment completed within 15 days of auction close, unless previous arrangements have been made. A 25% per week storage fee will be added to the buyers’ invoice after the 15 day mark if no communication has been made. Items will not be released until payment is completed. To arrange an in-person pick up appointment contact Ararity at 703-302-0509. ALL in person pick ups are by appointment only. No requests for appointments beyond the 15th day. If you are unable to arrange for item pick up within the specified window, please refrain from placing a bid in the auction. ALL payments must be remitted through Live Auctioneers, no cash will be accepted on site. No other forms of payment outside the Live Auctioneers system, no exceptions.
