Description:

Mid 19thC. No chips, cracks or repairs. Looks like pyrite crystals are embedded within the jade. The characters along the outer surface appear to be gold paint, and there are incised lines around the exterior from the round rim base. The wear on the bottom rim looks to be from genuine age, not wear created to look old. Approx. diameter: 6 1/8", height: 2 11/16". Excellent piece.
