Antique Carved Jade Komainu Lion Dog Figurine

Description:

18th/19thC. Minor chip to one ear. This jade carving looks like it is a low flat bottle or possibly a snuff. With one top hole this is not an ink dropper. Sage green to black, this piece measures approx. 4" long by 1 3/4" by 1 1/8" tall.
