Possibly 12th-15thC. Shows pitting from centuries of rain, with exposed reflective minerals typical of old granite. With weathered stone like this, and a very archaic rendering of Buddha, we lean towards India as the origin. No major chips, no hidden fissures or cracks, solid and heavy. The gem of the sale.
