Circa 1868-1912. Excellent original condition with one strap iron corner piece loose on the bottom left. Single board top and sides, with overall sturdy ironwork, large lock plate, and double handles on both sides. The interior boasts generous room with small drawers on the top interior. As for patina, this one would be hard to beat having a rich golden color with darkening around the iron parts. It's perfect.And it comes with the antique etched brass oversized lock that has been with it for a century or more. A substantial and beautiful piece of furniture art.
