Circa 1954-1964. Excellent original condition, each bead features a scarce variegated bright white and purple amethyst color. The bead size average is approx. 27mm length. This 16" choker necklace was purchased at the "Ritz of the Far East" Chosun Hotel of Seoul Korea. We can date these beads pretty accurately based on the hotel name change (1954) printed on the necklace case interior, and it's demolition in 1964. This hotel has a fascinating history, and these beads reflect that history with their outstanding high quality, color and size.
