Antique Scotish Oak Nickel Mounted Cow Horn Gong

Description:

ca. Last quarter 19thC to 1st quarter 20thC. Fine solid golden oak wood featuring a pair of Aberdeen cow horns, all mounted with nickel brass. The brass gong itself is a replacement, otherwise complete in good original condition. The striker appears original to the piece.
